Edy's Peppermint Pie

1 carton Edy's Grand Peppermint Ice Cream
1 7" prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
1 jar prepared fudge sauce
1/2 cup peppermint candy, crushed

Place carton of Edy's Grand Peppermint Ice Cream on the counter with top removed for 10 minutes to soften the ice cream. In the meantime, gently spread a layer of fudge sauce on the bottom of the pie crust. When soft, spoon the ice cream into the pie crust and smooth it over the fudge sauce. Sprinkle crushed candy pieces over the ice cream. Place the pie in the freezer for 20 minutes.

To serve, dip a knife in warm water and slice. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
