Easy Cheesy Bacon, Eggs and Potatoes

2 pkgs. (11-1/2 oz each) Stouffer's frozen potatoes au gratin, defrosted
6 strips bacon, fully cooked, drained and crumbled
5 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine potatoes au gratin, bacon, eggs, cheese, green onion and pepper in large bowl; transfer to an 8-inch square baking pan.

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
