Cajun Crab Rice

1 pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1/4 cup McCormick Golden Dipt Cajun Marinade
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
1 cup instant white rice
1 cup water

In a large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Add onion and peppers. Cook and stir 5 minutes until tender. Stir in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
