Zippy Orange Chicken and Rice

1/2 cup Miracle Whip
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.), cut into strips
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 cups Original minute rice, uncooked
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained or 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

Heat 2 tablespoons of the dressing in skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain. Reduce heat to medium.

Mix remaining dressing, juice and sugar. Stir into skillet. Add rice and green pepper; bring to a boil.

Remove from heat; add orange segments and pineapple. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

Serve over rice cooked, per pkg directions.
