Tangy Grilled Kabobs

1-1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak or boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
Assorted cut up fresh vegetables (peppers, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini)

Tangy Italian marinade:
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
2 Tbsp. each vinegar and water

Mix all ingredients; Reserve 1/2 cup for dipping cooked kabobs

Prepare above marinade. Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers. Marinate 1/2 hour. Place kabobs on grill over medium high coals; brush with additional marinade. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
