2 cups rice
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Mix and make into a ball. Push hole into center w/ thumb. Mix together 1/2 cup hamburger, 1/2 cup provolone & mozzarella, mushrooms & chopped salami. Mix together & roll in egg wash, put mixture in middle of rice ball. Roll in bread crumbs.
Drop in oil at 350. Cook until golden brown.
