Pesto Cream Cheese Rolls (Cracked Turkey Breast)*

Need approximately 13-15 slices (1/8" thick) cracked pepper turkey breast. Make pesto cream cheese. Spread a thin layer of pesto cream cheese over each cracked pepper turkey breast slice. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. chopped olive and 1 tsp. finely shredded Parmesan cheese. Roll turkey tightly beginning at the wider end.

Pesto cream cheese:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. prepared pesto

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add pesto and blend well

Optional: After spreading pesto cream cheese, top with a blanched asparagus spear and roll.
