3 cups toasted corn cereal (like chex)
3 cups toasted rice cereal
3 cups oyster crackers
1 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Choose your other ingredients, add as many as you like. Pretzel sticks, corn chips, french fried onions, chow mein noodles, or peanuts.
Add dry Ranch Dressing mix and garlic powder to vegetable oil in covered container. Shake until thoroughly mixed.
In large bowl, combine corn and rice cereal and oyster crackers. Pour oil mixture over cereal and crackers. Stir occasionally until mixture absorbs oil. Add pretzels, corn chips, etc. and stir until mixed.
On foil lined cookie sheet, bake at 325 for approx 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Transfer the mix into the large mixing bowl lined with paper towels to absorb any extra oil. Store in air tight container.
You can substitute powdered cheese or taco seasoning for ranch mix.
