Creamy Hot Artichoke Dip

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake uncovered at 350, 25 minutes or until heated through.

Option:

add 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
or
top with chopped tomato and sliced green onions
