Cocojito

2 parts coconut rum (recommended: Bacardi)
5 fresh min leaves, torn
1 part coconut cream (recommended: Coco Lopez)
splash sweetened lime juice (recommended: Rose's)
club soda
mint spring, for garnish

Add ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake several times and pour into a chilled high-ball glass. Top with club soda and serve with a spring of mint to garnish.
