3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
4-5 fresh jalepeno peppers, diced
18 tortilla shells
1 jar picante sauce
8-12 green onions
Mix all ingredients, but picante. Spread on tortillas, roll, then slice. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving with picante sauce for dipping.
Optional: add shredded cheddar cheese
