Strawberry Crumble

2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 400. Combine two cups biscuit mix with sugar. Stir in egg and milk. Beat vigorously. Pour mixture into greased nine-inch baking pan. Top with sliced strawberries. Combine brown sugar and 1/2 cup biscuit mix. Add softened butter. Spread crumb topping over strawberries. Bake 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
