1 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
1 Tbsp. each: dried oregano and garlic powder
1/2 tsp. each: black pepper and salt
1 broiler chicken, cut up, skin removed, if desired (3 to 3-1/2 lbs.)
Mix all ingredients except chicken. Pour salad dressing mixture over chicken; cover. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to marinate.
Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place on grill over medium coals.
Grill covered, 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Brush with marinade; continue grilling 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
