Lebanese Kabobs (recipe from 2009 pepper festival)

2 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
1 medium onion, grated
3/4 head garlic, mashed
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Allspice
1 Tbsp Seven spices
salt & pepper

optional: add 6 to 8 finely chopped habanero or jalepeno peppers to mixture

Mix all ingredients together. Wet hands w/ water. Form meat on skewers- like a thick cigar. Grill or bake until done.
