Lazy Stuffed Cabbage

2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked rice
2 lbs. cabbage, finely sliced
2 cans (10-3/4 oz) tomato soup
2 soup cans water

Saute meat & onion soup mix together until browned. Spoon off excess fat. Add rice to meat mixture. Put cabbage into large baking pan. Spread meat over cabbage. Mix soup & water together & pour over meat. Cover & bake 1-1/2 hours at 325.
