2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (8-1/2 oz) crushed pineapple (drained well)
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Lowery's seasoned salt
Soften cream cheese - add 1 cup chopped pecans and all other ingredients. Mix well. Chill slightly and shape into a ball and roll in remaining 1 cup of chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
