Bev's Apple Dapple Cake

3 eggs
1-1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans

Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Mix well and put into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 35o for one hour.

Just before cake is done, cook the following for 2-1/2 minutes, stirring constantly:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk

While cake is hot and still in pan, slowly pour over cake and allow to soak in. When cool, remove from pan.
