Corn Pudding*

Mix 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained), 2 cans cream corn, 2 boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cup sour cream.

Place in glass baking dish, bake @ 375 for approx 1 hour.

Optional: Top with shredded cheddar cheese
